Deliveries outside Germany and Austria
1. General information
1.1. We send the goods via parcel service DPD or as DHL Economic Post Parcel or as DHL Little Post Parcel (till maximum 30kg / till maximum 1,8kg).
1.1.1. Differences between DHL Economic Post Parcel and DHL Little Parcel:
DHL Economic Post Parcel are insuranced and the status of the delivery can be checked via internet with the tracking code.
These are the most economic delivery methods. Deliveries as DPD / DHL Economic Post Parcel are insuranced and the status of the delivery can be checked via internet with the tracking code.
1.2 Deliveries cannot be made to post office boxes or parcel deposit and pick-up stations.
1.3. Our goal is to process your order as quickly as possible and send it within one week. If you require the order within a specific time framework please inform us of the details. Even express delivery does not „guarantee“ an on schedule delivery because the parcel services themselves do not offer any guarantees.
1.4. We will always inform you if an ordered item cannot be shipped in a timely fashion. An article not available at the time of shipping the rest of your order will not be sent on later unless you specifically request it.
We do not guarantee that any delivery deadlines will be met.
1.5. DHL little parcel are possible to use for parcels till 1,8kg. There is no insurance. The delivery status can not checked with a tracking code.

Deliveries within Germany
We deliver parcelable goods within Germany with the parcel services DPD and DHL.
The costs via DPD are per order within Germany
up to 5 kg 6.99 euros
up to 10 kg 8.49 euros
up to 31 kg 15.49 euros
up to 50 kg 21.49 euros (multi-package delivery)
From 100.00 euros, delivery via DPD within Germany is free.
When shipping with DHL, we will drop off your shipment at our nearest DHL branch. Shipping costs apply up to an order value of 200.00 euros:
up to 5 kg: 8.99 euros
up to 10 kg: 10.49 euros
up to 31 kg: 21.49 euros
up to 50 kg: 29.49 euros (multi-package delivery)
Please note that for some items delivery via DHL, especially to DHL packing stations, is not possible due to the package length or weight. Which parcel services are available for which goods will be shown to you during the ordering process when you select the shipping method.
For shipments free of transport costs, we always choose the shipping service provider that is cheapest for us. i.e. Even if you have selected DHL, delivery can ultimately be made with DPD.
We can send small shipments as letters or consignments via DHL.
Bulky goods are delivered within Germany with a freight forwarder of our choice. (During the ordering process, “forwarding company” or “DPD” will be displayed as shipping methods.) After placing your order, you will receive an offer from us about the delivery costs. These depend on the recipient's zip code and the weight/volume of the shipment. The goods will only be handed over to the freight forwarder after your consent and payment has been made. Please check whether your street can be used by a 40 toner truck and whether there are stopping and unloading options. Unloading takes place at the property boundary.
Warranty
If damage to the goods is discovered during transport, the recipient must immediately report the damage to the carrier (shipping service). Any other visible transport damage must be reported to us in writing within 5 days of receipt of the goods at the latest.
We are not liable for defects that arise as a result of incorrect handling, normal wear and tear or external influences. If repairs are carried out on the goods yourself or by third parties without our written consent, the warranty claim against us will expire.

We deliver parcelable goods to Austria with the parcel services DPD and DHL.
The costs via DPD are per order
17.95 euros
From 150.00 euros delivery via DPD is free.
